Our Accommodations

“Nature is a great healer of the soul. When we are immersed in nature, we tend to slow down and find a deeper connection with ourselves and the world around us.” – Frederic Laloux

Our accommodations are traditional jungle tambos (cabins). They are simple and rustic and they certainly immerse you in nature while offering plenty of privacy. During your stay at Gaia Tree, you’ll stay in your own private tambo, set in a secluded corner of this beautiful part of the Amazon Jungle. You even get your own private toilet!
We also have two tambos for this who wish to share with a partner or friend, please mention this on your registration form.

“The best remedy for those who are afraid, lonely or unhappy is to go outside, somewhere where they can be quiet, alone with the heavens, nature and God. Because only then does one feel that all is as it should be.” – Anne Frank

“It is not so much for its beauty that the forest makes a claim upon men’s hearts, as for that subtle something, that quality of air that emanation from old trees, that so wonderfully changes and renews a weary spirit.” – Robert Louis Stevenson

“For the 99 percent of the time we’ve been on Earth, we were hunter and gatherers, our lives dependent on knowing the fine, small details of our world. Deep inside, we still have a longing to be reconnected with the nature that shaped our imagination, our language, our song and dance, our sense of the divine.” – Janine M. Benyus
